Marketing Smart Apps. The Smart Way!

Today I am going to cover the dynamics of the BVD APP and what it means for this company and your success. First a word of thanks to the fantastic programming team that made this happen. There were some hectic times during the development of this APP but anything worth its weight in salt is going to take sacrifice and the overcoming of photo (4)challenges. With the completion of PHASE 1 of the BVD Apple APP, we are on our way to becoming a household name! You will soon see BVD’s new logo alongside the world famous APPLE logo when the APP is approved by ITUNES!

What If You Do NOT Own An Iphone, Itouch Or Ipad? Are you left out?

I have gotten this question over the past few days. Understand that we had to make choices as to which smart phone or device we were going to target first. APPS are becoming the craze and although we would like to have ALL bases covered from the start, we did not want to wait until all phone apps were developed for each type of smart phone (Yes, we ARE developing apps for other smart devices). We realize there are other markets and we aim to go after every market there is! You do NOT have to own an Iphone, Itouch or Ipad to succeed here..The name of the game is to FIND those people who DO use those devices and GIVE them this APP, free of charge (we will give you the tools to do this!)

APPLE has HUGE market share in the WORLD. When I was in Dubai, people were using their Iphones, when I was in Oxford, people were chatting and texting away with their Iphones and Ipads and when I was in the airport today in 69c862f7ccApple4_jpgPhoenix, I must have seen at least 20 people or more using Iphones and IPads! Apple is a market we MUST tap!



Marketing Is About DEMOGRAPHICS or WHO We Are Targeting…

Apples, Itunes is a place where BVD’s APP will get tremendous exposure and to have the BVD logo NEXT to the APPLE logo on web pages, marketing cards, brochures etc, lends TONS of credibility to your company.Think about this…EVERYONE who uses Itunes, owns a credit card and everyone who owns an IPhone, Itouch or Ipad uses Itunes! Apple customers shop online and are extremely comfortable with buying things that are sold thru ITUNES (The GREAT news is the BVD APP will be FREE!).

Ever been to an APPLE store? It is like a CIRCUS!

To drive home my point, all you have to do is visit your local mall and stand outside of the APPLE store and you will SEE and FEEL the enthusiasm that Apple customers have for their products. This type of customer is a great customer for you and whether you own an APPLE product or NOT, it does not matter. We are giving you the tools to ATTRACT Apple customers! Would it be good to experiment some day with buying an Itouch (you can get them for less than $200)? ABSOLUTLEY, however it is NOT a requirement. Apple users are ALL around you every day and you will begin to notice just HOW MANY people use these smart phones and devices. Myself, I use an Iphone however I am a PC guy still!

Long Term Success…NOT a “Deal Of The Week”BVD is putting things in place that will make YOUR system stand out from other online selling systems. Keep in mind also that this is PHASE 1 of the BVD APP! Everything we do will always be in phases and will be IMPROVED upon as we grow! Remember the EARLY days of BTD and BVD! We are NIGHT and day from those days and in the next few days you will say “WOW!” when you see the changes we have made that will go live. These “things” we are doing are for the LONG TERM success of this company and that means YOUR success.

BVD Update-Part 3 Of Expose Involve & Upgrade Sequence

This is part 3 of the 3 part series regarding the initial emails that BVD corporate will be sending to new clients to help expose, involve and upgrade them into the world of BVD!.If you did not read yesterdays update, please do so now (it is below this update).


Before I go into the third part of the email sequence, please note that we are developing a strong FILTERINGsystem to find false scam listings or listings that are obscene or illegal. This “flagging” system will be part of the process however, we will depend on the 300 Elite Team to help “Police” the site and notify corporate of any listings that do not fall within our guidelines (we will share those with you soon). Their is no 100% failsafe system out there to detract people from posting content that is not within our guidelines however, as a team we can keep BVD as “litter free” as possible!

THE BVD-EXPOSE, INVOLVE & UPGRADE PROCESS (Communication Sequence) Part 3


This week I have 6 important items to go over with everyone on the team. These “items” are 6 initial emails that will be automated and will be more like WEB PAGES that your new listing clients will see. Our programming team has found a way for us to email EVERY new listing client these emails and rather than them viewing these emails with broken links and pictures not pulling, they will view these emails on a FULL COLOR & GRAPHIC webpage. You will see why this is so important as I show you these automated emails, one by one.


Today I am going to share 2 of these emails with you and will describe what they are designed to do and WHY they are written the way they are. Keep in mind that these emails will not start going out until the beginning of next month, however listing clients that join now will see SOME of these emails next month when we launch this aggressive upgrade system (it is designed to draw PAYING customers to you).


WEB EMAIL #5 –24 Hour Listing Notification Email- ALL New Listing Clients Will Get An Email Similar To This..


This email will go out to EVERY listing client that successfully lists an item, 24 hours after the previous email that was sent to them. We call this the “Strike while the iron is hot” email. In this email we will show them what the company is going to help them promote their items online. We are showing them that BVD is more of a community than a “website” and there are additional opportunities for them if they refer BVD to others (we give them their referral link which helps build your team!) . We reinforce to them, the power of social media (facebook etc) and how it can help them promote their item (something most people are already familiar with!) . In this email we will be promoting the $14.95 per month web stores of course! The more we show them how PRACTICAL and AFFORDABLE owning a Web store is, the more likely they are to upgrade and begin utilizing BVD to the maximum. Keep in mind that we will also give them a FREE copy of the BVD Ad-Blaster when it is completed which will give them MORE reason to upgrade! The key is building the NUMBER of people who list FREE with us, even one time. Allow the automated HTML emails that we are building to do the rest!

It is important to “strike while the iron is hot” but it is equally important to continue placing the BVD brand in front of the eyes of these new listing clients both in the beginning and up to 30 and 60 days forward from the time they joined. We have the perfect email for keeping in touch with the new listing client..This is the “We are saving you TIME email” and everyone appreciates saving time!


The following email is sent to EVERY listing client 30 days after their item is listed (provided they did not sell it or remove the listing during that time). This email notifies them that their item has been RE-LISTED at NO fee and shows them how they can edit their listing if they need to do such. Again, we are ALWAYS promoting the web store and as we introduce new features like the Iphone App etc, we will make them aware of that as well! The goal is to give your free listing clients all the RIGHT reasons to join!

These emails will be AUTOMATED of course and will do the work of selling FOR you! You will also see how we are maximizing exposure for the listing clients items by using Facebook and MULTIPLE avenues..This is what will show them they chose the RIGHT company and THEY will choose to upgrade!


These email are just the beginning of a series of communications that will do the job of Exposing, Involving and Upgrading these new members. Your job and our job is to DOMINATE traffic on the web for this industry by leading with the 5 FREE LISTINGS campaign. Giving 5 FREE listings and encouraging people to try BVD is a simple strategy because the industry that we are in is only becoming BIGGER.
